Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage: We provide shipping services to the United States mainland. We currently do not support international shipping or delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas territories temporarily.
Processing Time: All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders on weekends and official holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days. The actual delivery time depends on the logistics carrier and regional transportation conditions.
Order Tracking: After your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your registered email. You can check the logistics status in real time through the official tracking website.
Shipping Fees: Free standard shipping will be available for orders over the specified amount. For orders below the threshold, standard shipping fees will be charged according to the system calculation.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility: Nectavira supports returns and exchanges within 30 days after you receive the goods. The products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and kept in original packaging, suitable for secondary sales.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or damaged cleaning supplies caused by personal use are not eligible for return.
Return Process: Please contact our customer service email service@nectavira.com to apply for a return authorization. Do not return goods without permission. After we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account.
Defective & Damaged Products: If you receive defective, damaged, or wrong products, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide photos or videos as evidence. We will provide free replacement or full refund service without additional conditions.
